Having successfully completed her 220-hour Yoga Teacher Training programme in 2017 and her Association for Coaching (AC) Accredited Certificate of Wellbeing Life Coaching in 2016, Catherine is well-placed to lead our yoga and wellbeing life coaching activities.
Catherine is passionate about developing and deepening her practice and increasing her knowledge and understanding of yoga and its origins to ensure that she teaches from a place of awareness, truth and authenticity without dogma and without guru-worship.
Matt organises and leads our green space and natural environment activities.
He is a Royal Life Saving Society UK (RLSS UK) Pool Lifeguard Trainer Assessor, a member of the British Mountaineering Council (BMC), and is currently studying with the Mountain Training Association (MTA).
An experienced hill walker and cyclist, Matt is passionate about introducing people to the physical and psychological benefits of the outdoors.
