As a Kundalini Research Institute (KRI) Affiliated Kundalini Yoga Teacher and an Association for Coaching (AC) Accredited Wellbeing Life Coach, Catherine is well-placed to lead our Kundalini Yoga and wellbeing life coaching activities.
Catherine is pursuing ongoing training with The Sahej Academy, an established and respected training school dedicated to promoting the science of Kundalini Yoga. She also holds an AC Accredited Certificate of Wellbeing Life Coaching from Raw Horizons Coaching Academy.
Catherine teaches and practises Kundalini Yoga using her spiritual name Jai Sundri Kaur. Her spiritual name is a vibration and a tool that helps to elevate her energy through the power of its nadh (inner sound current), and meaning. It is her spiritual, soul identity and challenges her to live in her highest consciousness.
Matt organises and leads our green space and natural environment activities. An experienced hill walker and cyclist, he is passionate about introducing people to the physical and psychological benefits of the outdoors.
