Guru Ram Das Project

We need your help to really make a difference to people’s lives!

Guru Ram Das Project is a UK based charity set up with the primary aim of improving the mental, physical, and spiritual wellbeing of communities. The charity’s main service is the provision of Kundalini Yoga and complementary therapies to those in need, including: projects for alcohol and drug rehabilitation, mental health, the homeless, elderly people, and more.

However, the project is predominantly “southern-centric” so we are looking for volunteers to help the charity transform lives up here in the North too.

Can you help?

If anyone would like to get involved in Guru Ram Das Project please visit http://www.grdp.co.uk/ and familiarise yourself with the information available.

If this resonates with you and you are keen to get involved, please email Sat Nadar Kaur at satnadar@sahej.org suggesting possible places (e.g. hospitals, schools, colleges, hospices, prisons, homeless shelters, women’s refuge projects etc.) and locations you can teach at.
